How Our Orders Work All PONGNON products are made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. This means your item is custom-printed just for you after your order is placed — so please allow a short production window before your order ships.
Production Time Most orders are produced and ready to ship within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons or high-demand periods, production may take slightly longer.
Shipping Times Once your order has been fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:
- 🇺🇸 United States: 3–5 business days
- 🌍 International: 10–20 business days depending on destination
Shipping Restrictions Please note that certain products — including iPhone® 15 and 16 series cases and AirPods® cases — cannot be shipped to South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, or Singapore due to manufacturer restrictions.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order anytime using our tracking page.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at j.debrosse@aol.com and we'll work with Printful to resolve it promptly.
