Our Return Window We have a 30-day return policy — you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with original packaging intact. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Important — Print-on-Demand Items Since all PONGNON products (iPhone® cases, AirPods® cases, tote bags, and yoga mats) are custom printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to buyer's remorse or incorrect size/color selection. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damages & Defective Items If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at j.debrosse@aol.com with a photo of the issue. We will evaluate and make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return Contact us at j.debrosse@aol.com to initiate a return. If accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Approved returns are sent to:

Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized print-on-demand items (change of mind)
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original (once approved) and place a new order separately.

European Union Customers If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing may add additional time. If 15 business days have passed since approval with no refund, contact us at j.debrosse@aol.com.
